Accordingly, the Company complies with applicable laws and regulations and this Policy and appropriately acquires, uses, and manages personal information.

Where personal data is handled in a foreign country, or where the Company uses services provided by a business operator located in a foreign country to handle personal data, the Company identifies the relevant foreign country’s personal information protection system and other necessary aspects of the external environment and implements necessary and appropriate security control measures.
8. Ensuring the Accuracy and Deletion of Personal Data
The Company endeavors to keep personal data accurate and up to date to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use.
When personal data is no longer required, the Company endeavors to delete it without delay, except where retention is required by law, contract, or other legitimate reason.
9. Requests for Disclosure and Other Procedures Relating to Retained Personal Data
Where the Company receives a request from an individual or the individual’s authorized representative concerning retained personal data held by the Company, including a request for notification of the purposes of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of provision to third parties, or any other request provided for by law, the Company will respond in accordance with the APPI and other applicable laws and regulations.
